Timor Leste Gateway Advisory (TGA) is pleased to announce its participation in the Swiss–Vietnam business community as a member of the Swiss–Viet Economic Forum (SVEF), further strengthening our international network and commitment to connecting global businesses with emerging opportunities in Timor-Leste.

On 18 October 2026, TGA attended a special diplomatic and business event in Hanoi celebrating the signing of the EFTA–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement and the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam, Norway, and Switzerland.

The occasion brought together representatives from diplomatic institutions, international organizations, business associations, and leading companies, creating a valuable platform for dialogue, networking, and future collaboration.

Building Meaningful International Partnerships

During the event, TGA had the pleasure of meeting and exchanging ideas with numerous business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and representatives of international companies operating across a wide range of industries.

These conversations provided valuable opportunities to introduce Timor-Leste as an emerging destination for international investment and strategic cooperation, while exploring potential partnerships in sectors such as:

  • Renewable energy and sustainable development

  • Technology, innovation, and digital transformation

  • Education and artificial intelligence

  • Infrastructure and strategic investment

  • International trade and market expansion

As a member of the Swiss–Viet Economic Forum, TGA looks forward to actively participating in future business exchanges, networking initiatives, and collaborative activities that foster stronger connections between European and Southeast Asian markets.

Connecting Global Expertise with Timor-Leste's Opportunities

Timor-Leste is entering an exciting new chapter of economic development, offering significant potential for international businesses seeking new markets and long-term partnerships.

Through its growing international network, TGA aims to serve as a strategic bridge connecting global expertise, investment, and innovative solutions with opportunities in Timor-Leste.

Our participation in the Swiss–Vietnam business community reflects this mission: building trusted relationships, facilitating meaningful dialogue, and transforming international connections into practical cooperation.

Looking Ahead

TGA sincerely appreciates the opportunity to participate in this important occasion and connect with distinguished representatives of the international business community.

We look forward to developing the relationships established during the event, exploring new areas of cooperation, and welcoming interested partners to discover the opportunities that Timor-Leste has to offer.
